    Great list!

One issue: waking up early won’t improve life for everyone. I struggled for years trying to be an early riser, and was always miserable and unproductive in the morning. Now, I let myself sleep when I’m tired and I wake without setting an alarm. I end up on a 30-hour day, which is far more productive, and I’m much happier and more well-rested.

I must say, this is one of the best list that i’ve come across on the net. I really agree with most of them especially waking up early, lose weight and take a daily walk :)

This is because that is what i do most of the time

That’s probably the biggest list on the subject matter I’ve seen.

I already do quite a few of these, so that makes me happy. Eating at home more often is probably the thing I need to work on the most. It’s tough to actually want to prepare a meal after 9-10 hours at work, it’s so much more convenient to pick something up a block away.

Stop worrying is also a big thing it seems like a lot of people need to do.

I totally agree with the ‘daily walk’ bit. As a diabetic , I have to watch my blood sugar levels and general health/ Since I started walking every day, my levels have improved, my health has improved and I feel far more positive in my outlook on life.

This list provides more scope for personal improvement, day by day, than the volumes to be found in many books on the subject. And a whole lot easier to digest and apply.
