What a long strange trip it has been. CultivateGreatness started out in 2006 as a Leadership Training blog that has over 700 posts on various aspects of becoming a better you!
Well over 2 years ago, someone broke into the backend and corrupted the database. Not only was the site database messed up, but they also rendered the site virtually useless with viruses, malware and backdoor access.
Since I had been focusing on my full-time work, I just ignored CultivateGreatness and put it on the backburner.
Now, however, it is fixed! The site has been dormant for over 2 years, however, now I look forward to continuing sharing the excellence that I learn along the journey.
Through this site, many opportunities have opened up for me. I’ve got to read the best leadership books and personal development books before they were released. I’ve been able to interview some of the brightest minds in the world and then created a podcast of those interviews. CultivateGreatness has helped me develop as a better leader, by helping guide others.
I’ve missed working on it. So, now… my intention to post at least once per week. Either an article, by me, Travis Wright, or by a guest contributor. If you’d like to be a guest contributor, just let me know. teedubyaw[at]gmail.com
