1Great list!
One issue: waking up early won’t improve life for everyone. I struggled for years trying to be an early riser, and was always miserable and unproductive in the morning. Now, I let myself sleep when I’m tired and I wake without setting an alarm. I end up on a 30-hour day, which is far more productive, and I’m much happier and more well-rested.
