There are literally millions of words written and spoken each week on enlightened leadership yet the fact remains that low morale, high stress and job dissatisfaction continue to be three of the most serious problems facing the workplace. هناك حرفيا ملايين من الكلمات المكتوبة وتحدث كل اسبوع على القيادة المستنيره لكن الحقيقة تبقى ان انخفاض الروح المعنوية ، وارتفاع الضغط والاستياء مواصلة العمل لثلاثة من أخطر المشاكل التي تواجه العمل. We seem to be so effectively socialized into top down leadership that we find it extremely difficult, if not impossib ونحن ويبدو ان ذلك بفعاليه اجتماعيا من اعلى لاسفل الى ان القيادة نجد انه من الصعب جدا ، ان لم يكن impossib le, to change our autocratic ways. جنيه ، الى تغيير الطرق الاستبداديه. All this in spite of the many workshops and seminars on new leadership paradigms which are rooted in the empowerment of people. كل هذا على الرغم من العديد من حلقات العمل والحلقات الدراسيه على القيادة الجديدة في النماذج التي تضرب بجذورها في تمكين الشعب.

Change is both slow and painful but it is happening. التغيير بطيء ومؤلم على حد سواء ولكنه يحدث. To facilitate this process of change requires both desire and commitment plus a sound understanding of what an enlightened leader looks like. لتسهيل هذه العملية على حد سواء من ان التغيير يتطلب الرغبة والالتزام بالاضافة الى فهم سليم للزعيم مستنير ما يشبه. It is necessary to visualize the type of leader we are striving to become. ومن الضروري ان تصور نوع من زعيم ونحن نسعى الى ان تصبح.

AN ENLIGHTENED LEADER… مستنير الزعيم…

* values the ideas and opinions of others. * القيم والأفكار والآراء للآخرين.
* listens attentively. * يستمع باهتمام.
* affirms generously * ويؤكد بسخاء
* criticizes gently and privately. * ينتقد بلطف والقطاع الخاص.
* trusts the collective wisdom of the group. * واثقه من الحكمة الجماعية للفريق.
* encourages others to achieve their enormous untapped potential. * تشجع الآخرين على تحقيق امكانات هاءله لم تستغل بعد.
* catches people doing things right. * الصيد الناس الحق في فعل الاشياء.
* involves people in decisions which effect their destiny. * يشمل الشعب في اتخاذ القرارات التي تؤثر في مصيرهم.
* keeps people informed. * يبقى الناس على علم بها.
* has a sense of humour. * احساس روح الدعابه.
* trusts the decisions of others. * واثقه من قرارات الآخرين.
* realizes that his/her opinion is just one among many. * يدرك ان حالته رأي واحد فقط من بين العديد.
* isn’t threatened when people disagree with them. * لا تهدد الناس عندما نختلف معهم.
* rejects the ” my way or the highway” paradigm. * ترفض "في طريقي او الطريق السريع" النموذج.
* cares about the total well being of those with whom she/he works. * يهتم مجموع رفاه اولئك الذين يقوم / الاشغال.
* believes that the most valuable inventory of any business is people. * ويعتقد ان اكثر من اي قيمة المخزون الاعمال هو الشعب.
* seeks out and acts upon the advice of others. * وتسعى الى أعمال بناء على مشوره من الآخرين.
* gives credit rather than takes credit. * يعطى الائتمان بدلا من ان تأخذ الائتمان.

These are a few of the characteristics of an enlightened leader which, if present in the workplace, result in both improved morale and increased productivity. هذه بعض من خصائص الزعيم الذي مستنير ، اذا كان حاضرا في مكان العمل ، ويؤدي الى تحسن الروح المعنوية على حد سواء وزيادة الانتاجية.

It is in the best interest of any business to care about the well being of its employees. انه في مصلحة أي من الاعمال التجارية الى الرعايه عن رفاه موظفيها.
